About the role
- Partner closely with business units to deliver on initiatives that advance our strategic goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client groups advising on performance management, career development, and engagement.
- Ensure employees feel heard and translate feedback into meaningful actions.
- Coach and support managers to build confidence in their leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to provide regular insights into team health and culture.
- Analyze trends and metrics to shape programs, policies, and solutions that enhance the employee experience.
- Drive high-quality execution of HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-growing tech or software environment.
- Experience supporting distributed and remote teams.
- Strong business judgment with a people-first approach; able to balance strategy and empathy.
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence leaders at all levels.
- Excellent EQ, listening skills, and communication - skilled at handling sensitive conversations with professionalism.
- Experience using HRM tools (e.g., UKG, Ashby, Charthop) and openness to adopting AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
