Oversee the administration of the company’s HR technology platforms (UKG, Greenhouse, Cornerstone) including ongoing operation and optimization.
Partner with Talent, IT, and other business operations stakeholders to identify and implement system/process enhancements, improvements and optimizations.
Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Finance, Operations and other departments on HR technology initiatives.
Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols pertaining to the use of the company’s HR technology applications.
Partner with IT to maintain integrations between HRIS platforms and other business systems (finance, ERP, benefits, etc.).
Manage the delivery of HR projects and programs of high complexity and impact on time and on budget.
Serve as point person on HR technology/system integrations with current and future merger partners.
Utilize our system platforms to track technical certifications, credentials, skills, education and experience of the Apex workforce.
Support annual talent planning cycles including performance management, bonus planning, merit planning and benefits open enrollment.
Develop and maintain robust reporting tools and dashboards for HR analytics and business insights.
Provide routine and customized workforce analytics as needed for Apex executive team and Board of Directors.
Lead, mentor and develop HRIS team members to deliver operational excellence.
Provide/support technical guidance, systems/process training and communications relevant to our HR technology/processes.
Safeguard data integrity, accuracy, privacy and security within our HR technology platforms.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations with respect to HR data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
6+ years of progressive HRIS/HR Technology experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
System administration experience with UKG is required.
Strong understanding of HR processes across talent acquisition, core HR, payroll, performance management, learning, and compliance.
Advanced skills in HR data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing integrations with merger partners.
