About the role

  • Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business
  • Partner with sales organization to ensure effective management of customers
  • Support the Sales Engagement cycle by providing product demos and solution design
  • Co-ordinate validation and review of customer initiated enhancement requests
  • Establish and maintain high level of customer engagement at various levels
  • Provide regular status and activity reporting in customer activities
  • Work closely with marketing, customer engagement, product management, delivery, and consulting leaders
  • Foster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales work experience
  • Degree or equivalent in relevant field
  • Extensive understanding of Hospitality Technology market landscape
  • Proven experience selling solutions resulting in a successful close
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization
  • Strong capabilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to suggest creative alternatives
  • Strong people skills and extremely resourceful
  • Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space
