Lead the design of landing zones for cloud-based DR in AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments (e.g., HPE GreenLake).
Own the technical architecture for disaster recovery replication, failover, and rollback strategies using tools like Zerto, VMware HCX, AWS MGN, and Azure Migrate.
Set up and run the migration factory that executes workload cutovers in structured waves: define migration waves and cut-over calendars; lead daily factory standups and manage burn-down metrics; monitor readiness and success criteria per phase.
Develop and maintain RAID logs, governance check-ins, and phase entry/exit sign-offs.
Oversee and contribute to creation of back-out and rollback plans for all critical systems.
Collaborate with PMO and executives on margin control, risk exposure, and technical trade-offs.
Participate in client presentations and executive reporting on progress, technical risks, and dependencies.
Ensure DR platform is aligned with RPO/RTO targets, high availability zones, and compliance standards.
Champion best practices in cloud-native architecture, security, and cost optimization.
