About the role
- Day-to-day dealer relationship management and champion adoption of the company product in dealerships
- Execute launch planning and manage product implementation
- Deliver initial and ongoing training to meet dealers’ needs
- Conduct regular monthly performance visits to dealers and regional team
- Serve as first point of contact for dealership issues and follow up on escalations
- Bring best practice knowledge of the product into client organizations to support value proposition
- Ensure product changes, new features and releases are communicated and implemented in a timely manner to accounts
- Cover a geographical area as part of a larger team reporting to a Director of Dealer Relations
- Responsible for retention of 20+ accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years professional experience working in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment
- Significant experience working with CRM tools and are at ease with technology
- Practical understanding of how an automotive dealership runs day to day
- Possess an in-depth understanding of software platform functionality and related services
- Ability to travel up to 80% within the region and nationally as needed
- Valid driver license with no restrictions
- Strong oral and written communication and business/financial acumen
- Ability to establish rapport and develop meaningful client relationships
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve issues non-confrontationally
- Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize work
