About the role
- Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in local market
- Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined framework
- Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights
- Act as a local expert to help the team understand how digital financial products operate and perform in the region
- Potential to evolve into broader support roles as products are designed and localized for the market
Requirements
- Live in Argentina (local presence required)
- English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading)
- Good eye for product design and UX and ability to clearly communicate observations
- Ability to move fast, self-manage, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
- Experience in fintech (big plus), especially in lending (huge plus—but not required)
