• Essential Functions Partner with business leadership to drive innovation of capabilities by understanding business needs and evolving technologies and participate as integral member of IT Technology Delivery Management Team responsible for defining and implementing technology strategies, capital plans and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership to team of developers to make appropriate technical decisions that will meet business needs and set team priorities based on tactical and strategic objectives, creating focus on main goals while eliminating roadblocks.
• Define, implement and promote processes, best practices and standards for application development and deployment including service-oriented architecture, reusable code, web usability, look & feel branding and security controls, following Agile Methodologies and Lean Six Sigma.

Senior Manager, Application Development and Support

Director

• Design, engineering, and operational leadership of enterprise directory services
• Own engineering, design, and lifecycle management of directory services platforms including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and other cloud-based directory platforms
• Manage multi-forest architectures and cross-entity trust relationships, including M&A integrations, coexistence, migration planning, post-migration stabilization, and decommissioning
• Establish technical standards, architectural roadmaps, and operational best practices for directory services
• Lead resolution of complex or escalated issues related to authentication, replication, trusts, or integration with enterprise systems
• Partner with networking and security teams to ensure alignment with security, compliance, and business requirements
• Develop and maintain automation for provisioning, monitoring, reporting, and validation
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and serve as escalation point for directory-related support
• Participate in planning and execution of strategic initiatives such as forest/domain redesign, modernization, hybrid cloud adoption, and cross-platform integrations

Senior Directory Services Engineer

Manage CI resources across multiple operations to influence, drive, and manage change through CI, Engineering, and Automation to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth
Supervise a team of 2-3 continuous improvement Engineers across 2-3 customer locations
Lead development and execution of strategy, scorecarding and KPI action plans
Conduct assessments of critical site and business needs and develop CI plans
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Ryder Business System concepts and Lean tools

Continuous Improvement Manager

We are immediately hiring a Senior Continuous Improvement Logistics Manager (Warehousing) in Indianapolis, IN (REMOTE) for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Manage the CI resources across the business to influence and drive change through data driven CI, Engineering, and Automation efforts to deliver higher levels of performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth.
Effectively leverage data analytics, engineering methodologies, and all Ryder lean tools to enable root cause identification and elimination.
Supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals.
Manages and assigns CI resources for multiple and complex Supply Chain projects aligned with strategic and growth initiatives.
Lead the development and execution of strategy, scorecarding and key performance indicator action plans.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring: must be able to translate all Ryder Business System concepts and strategic objectives to local situations and help all levels of the organization develop understanding and application of tools for sustainable business improvements.
Support start-ups, retrofits and expansions including pricing inputs, go-live and steady state certifications.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Create models in R or Python to predict Ryder’s variable maintenance costs
Work under tight deadlines to process predicted future fleet, update models, analyze new vs previous results, and load forecasted costs into Adaptive
Create monthly actual vs planned cost variance analysis and recommend operational actions
Display extreme attention to detail while loading plan and forecast numbers into Adaptive/Workday and validating accuracy
Prepare summaries and variance analyses for quarterly sign off presentations
Improve and expand data literacy and data science culture within the group and company
Mine data in SQL to discover trends and changes in profitability and advise business partners
Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadership
Partner with lines of business to formulate decision science strategies and models

Finance Manager

Operations

Focus on cross-functional issue tracking, resolution, and process optimization from checkout to outbound shipping and invoicing
Skilled in tracking down core issues in systems, operations, and/or with carriers, articulate the problem, then develop solutions to drive resolution
Assist in e-commerce customer and fulfillment operations support/escalations
Drive resolution of operational, IT, or other issues related to parcel

Parcel Operations Analyst

• Optimize assets to meet customer requirements, service levels, revenue and profitability goals
• Balance freight and equipment availability according to capacity, customer requirements and planner needs
• Coordinate equipment pools availability at customer sites and geographical locations
• Review daily PM report and plan with Driver Manager to schedule PM with shops
• Communicate with shop, planners and driver managers to minimize downtime
• Monitor exceptions in key metrics dashboard and review/create shop requested purchase orders under $5K
• Follow-up on repair orders and requested driver equipment and safety gear

Equipment Manager, Dedicated Transportation

Engineer

The Principal Engineer is responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions for current and future operations.
Provides coaching/mentorship to other engineers.
Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and Ryder Management.
Actively support the sales process and create high quality solutions and designs.
Collects data and performs statistical analysis.
Apply company methodologies and tools to design distribution and/or transportation operations.
Conduct Inventory and/or Supply Chain analyses and recommend alternative strategies.
Provide proposal and presentation support and creation for new business development.
Effectively interact with customers, Sales, and Operations to create value propositions.
Leads, coaches, and mentors other engineers.
Independently identify process gaps, make recommendations and implement process improvement.
Establish and implement performance measures.
Confer with the Engineering and Operations Managers to implement efficient and competitive solutions; Manage multiple projects of small and medium size.

Principal Logistics Engineer

Analyst

• Senior Strategic Analyst, Insights & Operations, is part of the team responsible for the daily support of Parcel Operations, business development, Ryder clients, finance team, and parcel operations with the analysis and review of pricing new business and analysis of and re-pricing existing business.\n• The Senior Analyst works on and maintains computer models for those analytical and pricing processes, along with carrier focused pricing and transit analysis.\n• On the Operations side this role will support Parcel Operations Managers and other stakeholders in research and follow up for operational challenges.\n• REMOTE work from HOME\n• Essential Functions Daily pricing and analytical support: Helps prepare pricing for any new and existing customers.\n• Provides analytical support to the Manager, Parcel Insights & Pricing, Business Development team, and Parcel Operations to support decision-making.\n• Maintains tools and inputs for pricing strategies and tactics: Tools include pricing models for clients and prospects as well as carrier cost and transit analyses.\n• Inputs include rate sheets and other pertinent system-required data.\n• Reporting: Continual support of client- facing automated reporting dashboards, and internal reporting dashboards.\n• Annual Price Increase Process: Contributes to the performance of this yearly requirement, from carrier and client analyses to system uploads.\n• Work with carrier partners to identify & resolve issues\n• Provide baseline analysis into client inquiries and work with Parcel Operations Managers to present findings to internal/external stakeholders\n• Perform weekly analysis of the small parcel business across the parcel network\n• Support Customer Service Managers on customer requests\n• Performs other duties as assigned
