About the role
- responsible for all client facing transportation management activities including field operations
- develops and manages Field Support teams including staffing and workload planning
- develops and monitors Field Support measures of performance
- develops and improves standardized work processes
- supervises others (hire, promote, coach, develop and performance management)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Logistics or related field of study
- minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Master's degree preferred in Business, Logistics or related field
- Eight (8) years or more relevant work experience required
- Seven (7) years or more industry related experience required
- Seven (7) years or more previous experience with financials and finance acumen required
