Manage daily operations of the claims processing team to ensure timely and accurate handling of all incoming claims for federal crop insurance and private crop insurance programs
Review and audit claims documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in claims submissions and workflows
Ensure adequate internal control policies and procedures over the claims process
Aid compliance functions such claim updates and error tracking as needed
Support training function by developing and potentially delivering training curriculum
Liaise with other departments within the company
Stay up to date with changes in crop insurance regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of progressive experience working with crop insurance claims
2+ years of experience supervising crop insurance claim procedures
