About the role
- Connect systems and automate processes across the entire value chain
- Ensure smooth data flows between the shop, ERP, marketing and BI systems
- Develop automated workflows that reduce workload for the team and customers
- Develop, maintain and document API integrations (e.g., Shopify, JTL, Klaviyo, Gorgias)
- Build and optimize automated workflows (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, Zapier, Make)
- Create scripts for data preparation and validation
- Automate population and updates of internal databases
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing integrations
Requirements
- Experience in API development and integration (REST, JSON, OAuth)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Google Apps Script) and/or Python
- Experience working with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Confident handling of e-commerce and marketing systems (Shopify, JTL, Klaviyo, Gorgias)
- Structured, independent working style with strong problem-solving skills
- Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
