About the role
- As the Forecasting & S&OP Manager you will establish a data-driven planning culture and be responsible for processes related to forecasting, inventory control and supply planning
- Build and maintain the rolling forecasting process (sales & demand)
- Manage the S&OP process across all departments
- Produce monthly forecasts and variance analyses at SKU and channel level
- Use and further develop Netstock for inventory and demand planning
- Develop planning models and dashboards to support decision-making
- Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Marketing and Sales
- Identify risks (out-of-stock, excess inventory) and define mitigation measures
- Build data pipelines for forecast and inventory data (in collaboration with IT/Automation)
- Create reports and forecast-accuracy analyses
Requirements
- Experience in Demand Planning, S&OP or Supply Chain Management
- Confident user of tools such as Netstock, JTL, Shopify or BI systems
- Strong analytical skills and process-oriented thinking
- Proficient with Google Sheets, Excel and BI tools (e.g., Netstock, Looker, BigQuery)
- Experience in e-commerce or FMCG environments
- Independent, structured and solution-focused working style
- Strong communicator, team-oriented and delivery-focused
