• Research, target, detect, and prospect new clients/opportunities within large enterprise organizations in a cross-selling environment.

• Produce clear, natural speech following provided guidelines (each conversation lasts about 5 minutes).
• Test and validate the AI’s ability to understand and interpret speech, and report any issues with intelligibility or misunderstanding (10-15 minutes per conversation).

AI Specialist – Midlands English

• Make scripted and unscripted voice calls with an AI agent (10–15 conversations in total).
• Produce clear, natural Haitian Creole speech while following the provided guidelines (each conversation lasts about 5 minutes).
• Evaluate how well the AI agent understands spoken language, helping test speech recognition and transcription accuracy.
• Report any intelligibility issues or misunderstandings during the interaction and complete the required administrative review tasks (approximately 10–15 minutes per conversation).

AI Specialist – Haitian Creole

• Ensures that correct processes, methodologies, and risk assessment are used on all projects.
• Using revenue forecasting and sales pipeline data, defines and executes Project Management staffing and cross-training plans such that trained resources are available as needed and capacity is efficiently utilized.
• Monitors process performance against profitability, on-time delivery, and quality targets.
• Proactively identifies risks to ensure attainment of targets and engages cross functionally to mitigate risks.
• Owns the operational component of the client relationship, ensuring that client requirements are captured and upheld.
• Leads and participates in client meetings, status updates, and Quarterly and other Business Reviews.
