• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Renewals Managers and Team Leads, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the complete renewal lifecycle from contract and entitlement review, quote preparation, and customer negotiation, through to final agreement and booking within our Order Management System (OOS), Salesforce (SFDC), and CPQ.
• Drive retention rates and protect ARR. Formulate and execute strategies to maximize pricing (including enforcing indexation) and secure long-term agreements.

Engineer

• Help design and build internal AI-assisted developer tooling and engineering workflows
• Contribute to AI development harnesses, orchestration tooling, MCP integrations, prompt/tooling standards, and agentic development workflows
• Support rollout and adoption of AI engineering and related ecosystem tooling
• Help measure and improve developer productivity and experience using engineering metrics, developer sentiment, and workflow analysis
• Interpret data for various sources to help teams understand engineering friction and impact, building and executing strategies to improve across the SDLC
• Partner with engineers across the business to understand pain points and identify opportunities for automation and simplification

Supply Chain

• Act as an experienced supply chain specialist providing solutions to our internal teams responsible for client delivery.
• Analyze current and future needs on the assigned account or group of accounts and build and/or manage complex customized supply chain solutions with our existing database of global partners and AI Community.
• Work closely with other internal teams as applicable and keep all information accurate and up-to-date at all times.
• Ensure we keep good relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers working on the program you support.
