About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage large accounts and build relationships with client stakeholders
- Identify new ways to add value for clients
- Lead a team of program/project managers for delivery
- Manage client experience and be the voice of the client within RWS
- Expand RWS service offerings to solve clients' needs
- Generate new opportunities and sales leads
- Promote RWS services and maintain awareness of marketing activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of proven account management/leadership experience
- Directly responsible for business/portfolio of $20M or more
- Experience with business process outsourcing in technology, business strategy, globalization services, data analytics and/or AI services
- Strong creative, analytical and listening skills
- MBA is a plus
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
