About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage large accounts and build relationships with client stakeholders
  • Identify new ways to add value for clients
  • Lead a team of program/project managers for delivery
  • Manage client experience and be the voice of the client within RWS
  • Expand RWS service offerings to solve clients' needs
  • Generate new opportunities and sales leads
  • Promote RWS services and maintain awareness of marketing activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of proven account management/leadership experience
  • Directly responsible for business/portfolio of $20M or more
  • Experience with business process outsourcing in technology, business strategy, globalization services, data analytics and/or AI services
  • Strong creative, analytical and listening skills
  • MBA is a plus
  • Big 4 experience is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
