About the role
- Shape how we check and improve the quality of AI projects in the TrainAI EU team.
- Define quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies for new AI projects.
- Create task guidelines, training materials, and tests to help vendors succeed.
- Manage the full QA process: planning, running checks, analyzing results.
- Use data to understand problems, share feedback, and set up improvement plans.
- Handle client queries, report on quality, and act as subject matter expert.
- Support and coach vendors with regular performance reviews and training.
- Work with other teams to design skill evaluations, analyze quality data, and visualize KPIs.
- Use tools like GSuite, MS Office, and e-learning platforms to build training and evaluation materials.
- Stay up to date with AI industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Statistics, Psychology, Linguistics, Data Analytics, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Experience with data collection, annotation, evaluation, and quality processes.
- Knowledge of quality methods (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, statistical process control, test/survey design).
- Strong English skills (C1–C2); other languages are a plus.
- Confident with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables) and basic statistics.
- Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Skilled communicator, comfortable working with clients and vendors.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to handle fast-changing situations.
