About the role
- Coordinate project management team processes and compliance processes.
- Oversee exchange of policy-related information between Meta and internal teams, ensuring successful policy enforcement.
- Engage regularly with production, HR, IT, Training and Quality teams and maintain contact with Meta.
- Lead and mentor the Project Management team in executing new project implementations.
- Define and communicate end-to-end strategies, ensuring clear documentation and process alignment.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Meta stakeholders to drive AI Policy initiatives and implementation plans.
- Oversee change management across multiple programs and promote AI Policy best practices and efficiencies.
- Facilitate the flow of policy information between Meta and internal teams; ensure policies are clearly communicated and resources are in place.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Meta, providing timely feedback on policy changes and identify and escalate resource gaps, policy issues, or inconsistencies.
- Monitor trends and challenges in policy application, offering proactive solutions and providing policy improvement suggestions based on frontline insights.
- Partner with Training and Quality teams to ensure consistent policy understanding and enforcement and support continuous improvement of training materials and resources.
Requirements
- Proficient in English; ideally fluent in another key language served by the outsourcing site.
- Experience in an Operations environment, preferably in an international setting.
- Good knowledge of quality/training processes and policy enforcement in an Operations environment.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
- Excellent communication, consulting, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results.

- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively.
