• Apply qualification criteria defined by the team to identify schools that are a strong fit for our solution.
• Schedule meetings and support the consultant team in the next steps of the sales process.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate information, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks of the U.S. team, ensuring organization and smooth workflow.
• Participate in training sessions and team alignment meetings.

• Structure and lead the purchasing planning for Árvore's physical books and printed materials;
• Create and monitor schedules for purchasing, production, assembly, and deliveries to schools;
• Develop assembly maps and operational workflows;
• Manage the logistics team and partners involved in the operation;
• Work in partnership with the finance team to manage payments, forecasts, and operational flow;
• Manage suppliers, negotiations, deadlines, and delivery quality;
• Build processes, KPIs, and routines for operation monitoring;
• Ensure alignment among internal areas (operations, finance, logistics, product, and customer service);
• Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to the operation.
