About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Structure and lead the purchasing planning for Árvore's physical books and printed materials;
Create and monitor schedules for purchasing, production, assembly, and deliveries to schools;
Develop assembly maps and operational workflows;
Manage the logistics team and partners involved in the operation;
Work in partnership with the finance team to manage payments, forecasts, and operational flow;
Manage suppliers, negotiations, deadlines, and delivery quality;
Build processes, KPIs, and routines for operation monitoring;
Ensure alignment among internal areas (operations, finance, logistics, product, and customer service);
Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements to the operation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or logistics (beyond isolated purchasing roles);
Experience managing complex operational schedules;
Experience with suppliers, deadline control, and logistics operations;
Analytical profile, with strong ability to structure and optimize processes;
Experience managing teams or operational partners;
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
