Accounting Manager

• Serve as an accounting subject matter expert supporting new clients in best practices for setting up their accounting integration with Rundoo (from scratch or migrating prior systems)
• Lead client calls for accounting questions and integration support (primary, ~80% of role)
• Provide product feedback on new accounting integration features and participate in bi-weekly product feedback meetings (~15% of role)
• Collaborate with the implementation and client success teams; attend weekly implementation meetings (~5% of role)
• Monitor and respond to internal Slack channels for accounting questions and feedback
• Function as a consultative expert (scheduling and software handled by implementation team)
