Requirements
- Experienced as a People Partner, ideally within dynamic, scaling tech environments.
- You have strong employee relations knowledge and guide fair, thoughtful outcomes around performance and the employee lifecycle.
- Skilled at using data and insights to drive improvements in performance, engagement, and retention.
- Able to balance people priorities with business goals, adapting with pragmatism and curiosity.
- You take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and bring creative, practical solutions that make a measurable difference.
- Naturally collaborative, you connect across People Ops, Talent, and business teams to create a seamless employee experience.
