About the role
- Own all People admin across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, via our HRIS (HiBob)
- Act as the first point of contact for People-related queries, providing timely and helpful support
- Support the Office Manager with general office admin and provide reception cover when needed
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to People Ops processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Play a key role in supporting People initiatives and projects across the business
- Lead the coordination and logistics of monthly All Hands meetings
- Support with internal comms related to People updates
- Ensure accuracy in all people data across systems and own monthly team reporting, including payroll and employee data reports
- Support creation of robust and insightful people metrics and provide ad-hoc data analysis for the wider business
- Champion engagement platform Office Vibe and help develop strategies and programmes to boost employee engagement
- Support delivery of a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle and act as a culture ambassador, reporting to the People Partner
Requirements
- Genuine interest in employee experience, workplace culture, and a career in the People function
- Strong admin skills with ability to manage systems, processes, and a varied workload effectively
- Confident building relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage people-related information in a confidential manner
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and adapt to changing needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with HRIS or similar systems is a plus
- Familiarity with G-Suite is beneficial
- Ideal for candidates currently working at an administrative or coordinator level or those eager to launch a career in HR
