About the role
- Act as the primary People Partner to Operating Committee leaders, aligning people strategy with global business objectives and transformation priorities.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner, anticipating workforce needs and designing people solutions that enable growth, resilience, and competitiveness.
- Support senior leaders in connecting HR strategy to an enterprise mindset and cascade enterprise/divisional priorities.
- Partner with leaders to design and execute organizational structures, workforce strategies, and operating models.
- Lead organizational transformation efforts, shaping talent strategies to enable digital adoption, AI/automation, and evolving market needs.
- Ensure change management and communications strategies reinforce engagement and adoption across global teams.
- Ensure a future-focused talent strategy with succession pipelines, leadership development, and career growth frameworks.
- Provide coaching and counsel to senior leaders on complex organizational and people matters.
- Oversee execution of annual and cyclical people processes including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Rewards, and Talent Development.
- Ensure compliance with legal, policy, and governance frameworks in restructurings and workforce actions.
- Actively manage high-risk employee relations issues.
- Collaborate across COEs, Shared Services, and divisional learning teams to deliver a unified "One People" voice and lead divisional/enterprise People initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience in complex, global organizations.
- Exposure to senior executive stakeholders and responsibility for a few European countries.
- Track record of impact in strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development, particularly in transformation contexts.
- Well-developed consulting and coaching skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust with senior leaders.
- Ability to quickly gain business knowledge and connect people strategy to overall business performance.
- Holistic problem-solver, comfortable with detail and cross-organizational patterns.
- Experience contributing to complex change initiatives and supporting cultural transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
- Willingness to travel to USA, up to 6 times a year.
- Preferred: Experience in Total Rewards, Talent Development, or similar functions.
- Preferred: Proven experience in implementing or working within Agile organizations.
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience in supporting Technology teams.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in Business, HR, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience in Global People/HR Partner role.
