Engineering Manager

• Oversee multiple engineering teams within our Treasury domain, managing managers and senior engineers while shaping the technical direction of our platform.
• Reporting directly to the CPTO and as part of the Runa Leadership Group (RLG).
• Combine strategic direction with hands-on technical guidance, especially in architectural decision-making.
• Support teams to continually drive modern engineering practices and scale our systems with resilience, performance, and security at the core.
