Reporting directly to the CPTO and as part of the Runa Leadership Group (RLG).
Combine strategic direction with hands-on technical guidance, especially in architectural decision-making.
Support teams to continually drive modern engineering practices and scale our systems with resilience, performance, and security at the core.
Requirements
Experience or deep knowledge in the payments and/or fintech space, with a track record of guiding teams through complex, high-scale systems.
Demonstrated success supporting managers as well as senior IC’s, with a passion for coaching and driving high performance.
Strong technical depth, able to guide architectural conversations and advocate modern engineering practices.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving adoption of modern engineering practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Evidence of influencing strategy and business outcomes beyond engineering, contributing to broader company growth.
