IT Systems Engineer

Technical Project Manager

• We’re looking for a highly organized, technically savvy, and collaborative Technical Project Manager (TPM) to drive high-impact initiatives across our Data Platform. In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects that build, enhance, and scale our data infrastructure — including our data lake, data vault, data marts, reverse ETL pipelines, and operational reporting systems.
• As a TPM at Rula, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Finance, Clinical Ops, Customer Service, and Engineering, helping translate business needs into robust, scalable data solutions. You’ll quickly build a strong understanding of Rula’s key data sources, flows, and consumption patterns, while partnering with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to prioritize work, scope projects, and deliver value through agile execution.
• Day-to-day, you’ll support the teams by facilitating roadmap planning and prioritization, managing the backlog (including tech debt identification and grooming), leading requirements gathering for incoming requests, tracking cross-team dependencies (especially with Analytics Engineering), and coordinating external communications during incidents or ongoing issues. With a strong foundation in data platform project management — ideally involving modern data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics tooling — you’ll play a key role in clarifying and evolving the data roadmap, removing blockers, and ensuring reliable, predictable delivery.

• Own and execute Rula’s Roadmap for B2B full-funnel reporting and analytics, including creating self-serve tools and reports through strong systems architecture, analytics instrumentation, and automation
• Help scale how we generate, qualify, and target B2B demand by setting HubSpot automations

B2B MarTech Manager – Analytics

Data Analyst

• This role will be the analytical engine behind data-driven decision-making in Rula’s Partnership Product area.
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, as well as teams in Data Science, Data Engineering, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations, to take ownership of generating insights and recommendations that shape strategy for product roadmap using data.
• Translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans.
• Perform proactive data exploration to identify actionable insights.
• Communicate results in a compelling manner.
• Model the impact of new features, determine success criteria, and drive experimentation to evaluate new launches.

Senior Product Analytics Manager

Compliance

• We are hiring a Director of Compliance, reporting directly to Rula’s Vice President, Compliance, Ethics & Privacy, to build and mature core elements of Rula’s enterprise Compliance Program.
• This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements across Rula’s clinical operations, including clinical licensure and scope-of-practice, fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA), telehealth regulations, and other operational and clinical compliance obligations.
• The Director of Compliance also supports the organization in navigating emerging regulatory considerations associated with AI-enabled care models and technology-driven clinical workflows.
• This role ensures that compliance principles are embedded into Rula’s rapidly evolving care delivery and product ecosystem, supporting responsible growth while upholding legal, ethical, and operational standards.
• Key responsibilities include leading compliance risk assessments and internal controls; overseeing investigations and corrective action processes; developing and maintaining compliance policies and training programs; evaluating vendor and partner compliance; monitoring regulatory developments; and providing actionable reporting to leadership to support a strong culture of compliance across the organization.
• This includes collaborating with Compliance leadership to support governance reporting, including preparation of materials and delivery of periodic updates to the Compliance Committee and, as appropriate, the Board of Directors.

• As the Senior Security Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will sit at the critical intersection of Security, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Reporting directly to the Head of Security, you will drive the execution of complex technical programs that allow our security posture and culture to scale with our rapid growth.
• These programs are in direct service to our patients’ and providers’ safety.
• This role partners closely with security engineering to translate complex technical initiatives into clear, executable programs that meet our security and regulatory obligations.
• You will own strategic planning, program execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring that security priorities are delivered with rigor, transparency, and accountability.
• As a key member of the Security Leadership team, you will influence security strategy and drive alignment across Engineering, Compliance, and People Ops, enabling the organization to operate at scale while maintaining a strong security posture.

Senior Security Technical Program Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Help bring clarity, structure, and insight to Rula’s B2B growth motions
• Turn high-level growth goals into concrete plans, models, incentives, and reporting that go-to-market teams can trust and act upon
• Work closely with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations to build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, forecast revenue growth, and support planning cadences
