• Track onboarding conversion rates to identify areas for improvement in user experience and increase customer activation.

• Code-First UX Design & Implementation
• Design and implement UX directly in code using Tailwind CSS and modern component-based UI libraries (e.g. shadcn, HeroUI or similar).
• Exceptional UI Quality & Clarity
• Deliver clean, modern, minimalistic, and intuitive interfaces that follow UX best practices and reduce cognitive load for users. Every element must serve a clear purpose.
• UX Ideation & Product Contribution
• Generate and develop UX ideas aimed at improving usability, clarity, engagement, and overall product value.
• UX Flow & Interaction Design
• Define and refine user flows, screen logic, interactions, and states to ensure a smooth and predictable user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Managers, CRO Managers, and Engineers to translate hypotheses into clear, testable, and scalable UX solutions.
• UX Quality Control
• Ensure UX implementation is consistent, well-structured, and requires minimal rework after release.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Heads of Product, Developers, and Analytics to ensure proper execution of product hypotheses.

• Take full ownership of product hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing product value, ARPU growth, and user retention within subscription-based products.
• Generate ideas, validate them, and execute product hypotheses from initial concept to UX definition, development, testing, and production rollout.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product, UI/UX Engineers, CRO Managers, and Developers to ensure thoughtful design and execution of product changes.
• Participate in defining success metrics, experiment design, and analyzing results to optimize initiatives.

• Define success metrics, participate in experiment design, and analyze results to decide whether initiatives should be scaled, iterated, or removed.

User Researcher

• Analyze user session recordings, heatmaps, and analytics to identify pain points and UX friction.
• Conduct competitor research to benchmark best practices and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Suggest and prioritize UX improvements across the entire customer funnel — from landing pages to onboarding to product engagement.
• Collaborate with the Growth Manager to design, prioritize, and run A/B tests and experiments.
• Work with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Continuously monitor results, validate hypotheses, and refine strategies based on data.

• Conduct creative research for Meta campaigns across multiple regions.
• Testing new ideas and hypotheses for maximizing results.
• Analyze campaign performance hourly/daily/weekly/monthly + flagging key trends or anomalies.
