About the role
- Take full ownership of product hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing product value, ARPU growth, and user retention within subscription-based products.
- Generate ideas, validate them, and execute product hypotheses from initial concept to UX definition, development, testing, and production rollout.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product, UI/UX Engineers, CRO Managers, and Developers to ensure thoughtful design and execution of product changes.
- Participate in defining success metrics, experiment design, and analyzing results to optimize initiatives.

- Proven ability to manage teams, deliver results under pressure, and deeply engage in the technical and operational aspects of the business.
