About the role
- Take full ownership of product hypotheses and initiatives aimed at increasing product value, ARPU growth, and user retention.
- Generate ideas, validate them, and execute product hypotheses end-to-end: from initial concept to UX definition, development, testing, and production rollout.
- Work closely with the Head of Product, UI/UX Engineers, CRO Managers, and Developers to ensure thorough design and execution of product changes.
- Ensure that all product changes meet exceptionally high quality standards and deliver a premium user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product hypotheses correctly and efficiently.
- Define success metrics, participate in experiment design, and analyze results to inform product decisions.
Requirements
- Dynamic and hands-on leader with extensive experience in D2C Digital Products (preferably subscriptions).
- Proven ability to drive growth and innovation.
- Deep understanding of engineering, product, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong focus on executing strategic initiatives and optimizing performance across the board.
