About the role
- Final UI/UX Ownership
- Act as the final decision-maker for all UI/UX changes across the product. Nothing related to UI/UX goes to production without your approval.
- Code-First UX Design & Implementation
- Design and implement UX directly in code using Tailwind CSS and modern component-based UI libraries (e.g. shadcn, HeroUI or similar).
- Exceptional UI Quality & Clarity
- Deliver clean, modern, minimalistic, and intuitive interfaces that follow UX best practices and reduce cognitive load for users. Every element must serve a clear purpose.
- UX Ideation & Product Contribution
- Generate and develop UX ideas aimed at improving usability, clarity, engagement, and overall product value.
- UX Flow & Interaction Design
- Define and refine user flows, screen logic, interactions, and states to ensure a smooth and predictable user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, CRO Managers, and Engineers to translate hypotheses into clear, testable, and scalable UX solutions.
- UX Quality Control
- Ensure UX implementation is consistent, well-structured, and requires minimal rework after release.
Requirements
- Highly senior Product UI/UX Designer / UX Engineer with a deep understanding of both UI and UX.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing UX directly in code.
- Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based UI systems.
- Strong product thinking: you understand how UX decisions affect user behavior, retention, and value.
- Experience with subscription-based or performance-driven products is a strong plus.
- Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment.
- Confident in taking responsibility for final decisions and outcomes.
- Clear, structured communicator.
