Own bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the German region focused on enterprise segment
Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities
Develop and manage a large sales pipeline and move strategic transactions through the sales process
Identify and close new opportunities and drive existing customer expansion
Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center design environments
Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, VARs and channel partners to enable rapid growth
Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners
Provide management feedback about local market opportunity and identify new business and channel partnerships
Requirements
Ideally 5+ years Tech sales closing experience (selling either IT Infrastructure or SaaS – ideally both) into large organisations
Consistent track record landing net "new logos" via self sourced pipeline generation activities
Experience translating IT pain into business outcomes; selling complex solutions into IT personas
Ideally understands and has used MEDDPICC as a sales qualification tool
Command of the message and ability to build strong champions
Understanding and experience working with channel partners and SDRs
Highly driven, goal oriented "get it done" attitude
High levels of integrity, grit/tenacity, and coachability
