• Own bookings growth in new and existing accounts across the German region focused on enterprise segment
• Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities
• Develop and manage a large sales pipeline and move strategic transactions through the sales process
• Identify and close new opportunities and drive existing customer expansion
• Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center design environments
• Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, VARs and channel partners to enable rapid growth
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners
• Provide management feedback about local market opportunity and identify new business and channel partnerships
