- As Director, CXO Advocacy, you will shape and scale a global executive advocacy function that transforms CIOs, CISOs, CTOs and their peers into high-impact champions.\n
- You will lead flagship programs including Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Reference coverage, and a new Executive Sponsorship program that strategically connects top customers with Rubrik leadership.\n
- Design, launch, and manage Rubrik’s Executive Sponsorship Program to strategically connect C-level customer executives with Rubrik leadership, ensuring deeper alignment, relationship health, and account growth.\n
- Customer Advisory Boards: Own and operate Rubrik’s CABs end-to-end, from strategic planning and recruitment to content design and post-even engagement, ensuring agendas influence product strategy and drive C-level relationships.\n
- CXO Reference Advocacy: Build and maintain a robust executive reference system by vertical and region, partnering with sales to match the right advocate to key pursuits and influence buying cycles.\n
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Field teams to align executive voices with launches, campaigns and strategic initiatives.\n
- Build and maintain executive reference coverage for key accounts, industries, and geographies, ensuring sales teams have access to timely, trusted voices.\n
- Establish consistent feedback loops that capture CXO input and turn insight into action, especially through CABs, 1:1 briefings, and structured listening.\n
- Track and report on program performance, including advocacy engagement, reference activity, and influence on pipeline and retention.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in executive engagement, technical advocacy, or community leadership within cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise software sectors.\n
- Proven ability to build and scale executive-level programs (e.g. CABs, Executive Sponsorship Programs) that influence pipeline and retention.\n
- Demonstrated success engaging C-level stakeholders and driving peer-based advocacy initiatives.\n
- Experience working with GTM teams to match customer advocates to key campaigns, moments, and growth initiatives.\n
- Executive presence, discretion, and professionalism in high-stakes customer interactions.\n
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations and driving influence without direct authority.
