Accountable for producing to deliver, service/support, and long-term strategic business plans for gearbox production
Assigned as the chair of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) accountable for managing the contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, performance and on-time delivery of products within the Mechanical Power Conversion (MPC) site
Lead decision making for IPTs and apply critical thinking where incomplete data exists
Develop internal networks and communicate vision to IPT and stakeholders within and outside of the function
Coordinate with production, operations, and supply chain in managing production deliveries to meet customer schedule requirements
Represent the Program to company senior leadership, managing and reporting on-time delivery, production capacity, and customer satisfaction
Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from manufacturing, procurement, and engineering areas
Support and organize program reviews, team meetings, and other regular business activities
Manage the financial sales plan specific to production deliveries and be responsible for business performance including operational performance, sales, EBIT, and cost reduction
Ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication and concise presentation material
Manage and communicate demand and orders into the operations value stream
Requirements
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience
Or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
U.S. citizenship is required (U.S. Person or immigration status requirement)
Must be a commutable distance from Rockford, Illinois to work a hybrid schedule reporting on-site as needed at Plant 1 (2421 11th Street)
Program management and customer-facing experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (preferred)
Advanced degree(s) in business management (preferred)
Experience managing contract lifecycle, cost, schedule, performance, and on-time delivery of products
Experience coordinating with production, operations, and supply chain to manage production deliveries
Experience representing programs to senior leadership and reporting on delivery, production capacity, and customer satisfaction
Experience directing cross-functional teams in manufacturing, procurement, and engineering
