About the role
- Responsible for building relationships with and enabling channel partners to drive incremental revenue
- Develop and optimize a Channel Partner relationship with Insight
- Regular on-site collaboration with channel partner; preferred locations Chicago, IL or Phoenix, AZ
- Provide guidance and support to other channel managers
- Assist in execution of strategic business plans with Jamf and Apple channel teams to grow channel-created business
- Identify, enable and support assigned partner sales management and Apple/Jamf marketing team members to position and sell Jamf solutions
- Attend events/tradeshows to engage partner sellers and communicate Jamf value to customers and prospects
- Provide resolution for partner/customer issues and engage Jamf sales teams when appropriate
- Identify end-customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and communicate opportunities for improvement to Product Management
- Foster a workplace with high moral, ethical, and legal standards and model a positive, inclusive environment
- Provide vision, strategies, support, and expectations to enable employee growth and skills expansion
- This position has a 70/30 OTE Split
Requirements
- 2-3 years of channel/industry experience
- Proven track record in sales, with demonstrated quota achievement
- Expert resource to other Channel Managers and Jamf peers on partnering best practices
- Ability to effectively present business and technical concepts to all levels of a partner or end-customer organization
- Ability to work independently and lead/coordinate project work
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Working experience with Salesforce
- Enthusiastically accept new challenges and lead by example
- Experience working in the Apple channel ecosystem (preferred)
- HS Diploma / GED (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
