About the role
- Design, build and integrate state of the art testing environments (flight simulators for missiles)
- Work with weapon system designers to understand requirements, design solutions, integrate, and deploy systems to help support tactical software development, testing, and delivery for missiles
- Work on a multi-disciplined team to support systems integration
- Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment
- Work in a lab environment integrating software, firmware and hardware in support of complex systems
- Onsite role in Tucson, AZ
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- This position requires 12 months or less of professional experience (excluding internships)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
- Security Clearance: DoD Clearance: Secret
- Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers (preferred)
- Experience with using telemetry data collection equipment to capture real time data and/or real time monitoring (preferred)
- Experience with electrical schematics, interface control documentation, and communications protocols (preferred)
- Experience with reading and integrating software routines with hardware/electronics; C/C++/C# preferred (preferred)
- Experience with instrumentation and collection of large data sets, including the application of scripting or automation to data collection and analysis (preferred)
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude (preferred)
