About the role
- Research, design, develop, and test a variety of electronic equipment and systems
- Work on Radar and radiation detection equipment
- Work on Radio, television and other communications equipment and systems
- Work on circuitry components, analog and digital computers, control and test equipment
- Become part of Northrop Grumman’s Avionics Integration organization in the Aeronautics Sector
- Collaborate with teams across Aeronautics to integrate avionics systems and support program needs
Requirements
- Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026 (Associate Engineer T01)
- Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026 (Engineer Electronics T02)
- Be majoring in or having majored in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar STEM degree
- Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time
- Final approved U.S. Government security clearance as well as Program Special Access may be required to start
- U.S. citizenship required for positions with a government clearance
- Preferred: Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
- Preferred: Previous internship/co-op or other work experience
- Preferred: leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)
- TRAVEL: Yes, 10% of the Time
