About the role

12-week paid internship developing sales, technical, and professional skillsets
Work with manufacturing customers to improve productivity using Rockwell Automation solutions
Receive in-person, online, and on-the-job training
Three tracks: Business Development Representative, Account Manager, Technical Consultant
BDRs develop and qualify new sales opportunities via phone and digital methods
Account Managers develop/implement sales strategies and work face-to-face with customers
Technical Consultants serve as technical resources and communicate product benefits in mixed face-to-face and remote meetings
Sales interns are placed in field sales offices across the United States
Rockwell Automation hybrid policy expects employees in office at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
Expected graduation date is December 2026 or beyond
Must be enrolled full-time at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
Pursuing degree in engineering, computer science, industrial distribution, supply chain, business, technical majors or similar
Valid US driver's license and personal vehicle required for Account Manager and Technical Consultant tracks (not required for BDR track)
Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, Partner Network, or customers (preferred)
Experience with technical skills relevant to the manufacturing industry (preferred)
