About the role
- Provide day-to-day Control Account Management support to a variety of internal and external programs within the Product Support portfolio, including international programs
- Support program management (PM) including direct engagement with the program team in program execution
- Advocate PM plans, processes, and business objectives and implement PM best practices
- Establish and perform meaningful control measures for program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results
- Partner with PM, functional leads and internal partners across the Raytheon business for day-to-day program execution
- Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications including Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases
- Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis
- Execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs
- Assist with Risk and Opportunity identification and calculation
Requirements
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience
- Prior Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience or similar program/system
- Prior Program/Project management experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Security Clearance: DoD Clearance: Secret
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with financial planning and execution, EVMS, Estimate at Completes (EACs), R&O Management, and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) (preferred)
- Experience developing and reviewing resource plans, basis of estimates (BOEs), master schedules, work breakdown structures, and contract deliverables (CDRLs) (preferred)
- Strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills (preferred)
