About the role
- Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly analysis processes including EACs and EVMS
- Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, MRP resource planning/updates (PRISM), Pegging Analysis (GPD)
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers (OSC & PMO)
- Provide Earned Value reporting and data analysis
- Work closely with functional organizations during the EAC process and monitor performance
- Support variance analysis updates and financial reviews with RFS management and internal customers
- Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end
- Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- Or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skillset)
- Experience generating EACs (preferred)
- Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc. (preferred)
- Experience using SAP Business Systems (e.g., APEX, PRISM) (preferred)
- Experience with Analysis for Office (preferred)
- EVMS Certified (preferred)
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, cross-functional teammates & all levels of leadership
