About the role
- Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program leads in monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting and analysis
- Facilitate Budget Change Requests (BCRs), EAC and LRE inputs
- Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions
- Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts
- Partner with engineering and program leads for EVMS process inputs, EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs
- Drive cost control and schedule using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools
- Perform analyses and prepare reports to drive predictable cost and schedule
- Support program analysis for IOT's
- Operate both self-sufficiently and in a team environment supporting functional organizations and ensuring program financial commitments are met
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Security Clearance: None/Not Required
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, focus on Excel
- Experience with APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools (preferred skills implied)
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and/or other Government Procurement regulations (preferred)
- Ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers
