About the role
- Support risk and opportunity management process for specific projects/programs
- Support project management of tasks assigned, including coordinating and supporting certification testing for EACS components
- Support Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
- Support reliability improvement projects for 787 and/or legacy Boeing programs (e.g., 777, 767, 747)
- Prepare, participate in, and support program meetings as directed by technical manager
- Employ Standard Work within the Collins Management System across projects/programs
- Support execution of tasks necessary to achieve internal and external customer deliverables and milestones
- Full-time, onsite co-op engagement with mentorship and hands-on engineering experience
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Security Clearance: None/Not Required
- Availability for a full-time, Monday–Friday co-op session (January–August), including taking a semester off from coursework to fully engage
- Good communication skills (preferred)
- Competent use of MS Office suite (preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn (preferred)
