About the role
- Partner with senior leadership to activate enterprise-wide people strategies that support business goals and organizational health
- Lead talent management processes: succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, and leadership development for client groups
- Provide coaching and strategic thought partnership to leaders on organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness
- Anticipate workforce needs and proactively shape solutions around talent, organizational structure, and capability
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and programs
- Advise and counsel leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organizational effectiveness
- Facilitate organizational change and link business objectives with HR activities
- Lead within a complex matrix environment, balance competing priorities, and engage stakeholders to drive results
- Support Military Development Programs and Integrated Customer Support team; lead talent initiatives across Military Engines with ties to Pratt & Whitney and RTX
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree OR Advanced Degree with reduced experience requirement
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience OR Advanced Degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Security Clearance: DoD Clearance: Secret (eligibility/ability to obtain required)
- Experience as a strategic HR business partner in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders
- Proven track record of driving HR priorities that align with business strategy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a complex, matrixed organization
