About the role
- Support the Rodan VSL team in pursuit, order, capture, and execution of existing and future ejection seating programs
- Manage risk and opportunity management, contract coordination, financial reporting, customer interaction/action reporting, and action item management
- Perform PMR and data reporting, Bid and Proposal Support, and contract coordination
- Coordinate activities across Collins shared services and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Quality, and IPP&C (Finance)
- Manage portions of complex development and production programs and proposals under guidance of a senior program manager
- Plan schedules, arrange activities, and network with senior internal and external personnel on key issues
- Represent organization as a prime contact on key issues and support program execution teams with cross-functional coordination
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- Previous Program Management, Project Management or Customer Service experience required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Security Clearance: None/Not Required
