About the role
- Act as a bridge between Engineering and Operations for engineering changes
- Serve as Chair of the Manufacturing Change Board
- Coordinate engineering change execution within operations and communicate changes once approved
- Understand the impact each engineering change may have on various groups within Operations and coordinate communication
- Engage with Manufacturing Operations, Global Supply Chain, and assembly sites to gather commitments for engineering change execution
- Create and present monthly reports to leadership, including the status of engineering changes
- Manage standard work, policies, procedures, and KPIs
- Ensure policies, procedures and standard work are followed
- Collaborate across functional areas to manage change and implement new processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in Operations or Supply Chain; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Security Clearance: None/Not Required
- Understanding of supply chain and MRP processes (preferred)
- Knowledge and familiarity with SAP System transactions (preferred)
- Understanding of bills of material and configuration management (preferred)
- Experience reading technical drawings / blueprints (preferred)
- Knowledge and familiarity with TeamCenter (preferred)
- Proficient knowledge of product change incorporation processes (preferred)
- APICS / ASCM certification (preferred)
- Raytheon Six Sigma, ACE, or CORE advanced certification (preferred)
- Experience with MS SharePoint site administration (preferred)
