Business Analyst

• Monitor and manage material inventory levels to support production planning and avoid stockouts or overstock
• Responsible for all inventory levels to support production and assembly
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions, stock movement and inventory within the ERP
• Collaborate on material planning activities: forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment strategies
• Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time material availability
• Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions or delays
• Communicate monthly KPIs within the supply chain team
• Participate in physical inventory counts
• Report to the Senior Director, Supply Chain and support production planning during maternity leave
• Hybrid collaboration with colleagues in Rolle corporate office (2 days per week home working; should be able to commute 3x/week)
