About the role
- Plan, manage, and execute engineering projects across multiple disciplines
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and resource plans
- Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks; escalate when necessary
- Facilitate regular team meetings, status updates, and customer briefings
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-project reviews
- Maintain and control engineering records, and documentation in compliance with industry and customer standards
- Implement records retention policies and support audit readiness
- Manage Configuration Items (CIs) and support baseline control, change management, and product traceability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) OR equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
- 5 years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment
- Experience delivering complex technical projects within established timelines and budget constraints
- Experience with engineering development processes
- Experience in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Experience in leadership role
- Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required
