About the role
- Lead cross functional Logistics IPT (LIPT) and own and develop plan for every part within responsible engine module to maintain fleet readiness requirements
- Support Depot and Field Support by identifying risks to parts supportability for depot module production and field requirements and develop mitigation plans
- Review trends, update forecast data for future parts demand, and identify opportunities/needs for expanded repairs and/or limits to support production requirements and/or affordability targets
- Develop and Monitor Fleet Management Plans for improved Safety, Reliability, and Affordability
- Support internal and external program meetings by presenting module supportability challenges and mitigation plans
- Drive efficiencies within the program to ensure preparedness for the next depot overhaul interval
- Support hardware recovery initiatives for parts in hold for future repair status
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience in Engineering, Propulsion maintenance/logistics or program management OR An Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience Engineering, Propulsion maintenance/logistics or program management
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Familiarization with propulsion MRO and technical/logistic field support processes (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills (preferred)
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, QLIK/Power BI (preferred)
