Oversee SharePoint and Document Center administration, including the archival process for the corporate Business Process Library
Provide support to all teams regarding document markings, including facilitating template creation, verification, and reviews
Manage, control, and provide support for internal portals to ensure smooth functionality
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for documentation and records archival

Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance with polygraph after start
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical documentation
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams
