About the role
- Lead business creation efforts across the EOIRS GAF organization, driving new and keep-sold pursuits across USAF, international air force and global OEM customers
- Develop and execute new business creation strategies to achieve EOIRS Global Air Force LRP targets and mature pipeline development leads
- Investigate opportunities within existing and new customer bases across the international market, with primary emphasis on MENA and EUCOM regions
- Lead capture teams to include monitoring and reporting on capture status, management of New Business Investment (NBI), conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence, and support USG licensing
- Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal, State/Local on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our solutions
- Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
