About the role
- Coordinate and support local market, line of business or industry-focused intentional growth strategy, including scheduling and documenting growth meetings, agendas, notes, and action items
- Participate actively in Growth Accelerator Team (GAT) and account team discussions, providing input and suggestions, maintaining a repository of meeting notes and related documents, and monitoring progress between meeting cycles
- Provide comprehensive CRM support: monitor pipeline, document relationship activity, track due dates, create relationship insights and reporting, respond to CRM requests, and support CRM training and adoption
- Perform account, data and various other types of research to support pursuit efforts and prepare and produce presentations and pursuit documents
- Lead projects and initiatives as needed; proactively manage time and anticipate stakeholder needs
- Plan and support market-facing seminars, conferences, meetings and networking events, including planning, materials coordination, audio-visual setup, registrations, and post-event wrap-up
- Coordinate registration and return on investment with trade/industry groups and local market or industry sponsorships; review and reconcile firm-issued purchasing card charges
- Review pursuit deliverables to monitor brand and risk compliance and adherence to high-document quality standards; prepare proposals leveraging existing templates, text and graphics as capacity allows
- Serve as a mentor to other team members, providing feedback, recognition, exposure, on-the-job coaching, and participating in onboarding and training
- Provide routine leadership, direction and support for project teams; collaborate with growth support leaders, ESS subfunctions and client service teams to meet business needs

Requirements
- Associate degree or 2+ years of experience in related field
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a related field or area
- 2+ years of increasing responsibility
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated experience managing multiple projects of low to moderate risk
- Proficient with customer relationship management software
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to learn programs/software utilized by the firm
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience both verbally and in writing
- Adept at managing multiple tasks and projects
- Strong grammar and proofreading knowledge and experience
- Effective organization, prioritization and time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated professional judgement and emotional intelligence
- Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes and handouts, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to impact and influence a diverse population
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to manage workflow and expectations with team members, as well as provide guidance/training as needed
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership
- Leadership skills including change management, client service, decision-making, conflict resolution, critical thinking, team building, coaching and program analysis
- Experience with project management tool(s) (preferred)
