About the role

  • Senior responsibility for day-to-day management of the whole Client Services function to service clients and grow client and agency business
  • Drive Client Development support and lead new business and large client opportunities with strategic storytelling and vision
  • Oversee strategic media plan development, tactical rationale, and ensure team training on planning and implementation tools
  • Ensure timely activation of media campaigns, campaign reporting, Proof of Posting (POP) and Campaign Attribution delivery
  • Manage shared file drive, templates, operational efficiencies, and multiple project deadlines
  • Develop strong relationships with agency, client and media vendor contacts and attend relevant events and panels
  • Provide thought leadership, host internal training, and advocate Billups' mission/vision/platform
  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities; compile business planning and forecasting and ensure annual budget delivery
  • Lead client services leadership: P&L and forecast leadership, resolve campaign issues, and promote revenue-generating mindset
  • Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, PlatSol, Production, AdOps, HR and other departments to meet client needs
  • Directly and indirectly supervise Assistants through Senior Account Directors; conduct 1:1s, onboarding, training, performance management and change management

Requirements

  • Required Media Experience: 12+ years
  • 10 or more years of experience in media planning and development especially OOH background; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in advertising, marketing, or related media field (preferable background in OOH)
  • Proven experience in successfully leading teams and delivering high standards of client service
  • Expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape
  • Desire and ability to work with local teams across multiple regions
  • Experience prospecting, researching, and data mining for business leads and opportunities
  • Wide experience in negotiating pricing and booking campaigns
  • Some experience conducting analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Strong reasoning and quantitative skills (calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages)
  • Adept at using database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, email communication and CRM software
