Develop strong relationships with agency, client and media vendor contacts and attend relevant events and panels
Provide thought leadership, host internal training, and advocate Billups' mission/vision/platform
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities; compile business planning and forecasting and ensure annual budget delivery
Lead client services leadership: P&L and forecast leadership, resolve campaign issues, and promote revenue-generating mindset
Collaborate with Investment, Marketing, PlatSol, Production, AdOps, HR and other departments to meet client needs
Directly and indirectly supervise Assistants through Senior Account Directors; conduct 1:1s, onboarding, training, performance management and change management
Requirements
Required Media Experience: 12+ years
10 or more years of experience in media planning and development especially OOH background; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in advertising, marketing, or related media field (preferable background in OOH)
Proven experience in successfully leading teams and delivering high standards of client service
Expert knowledge of the OOH media landscape
Desire and ability to work with local teams across multiple regions
Experience prospecting, researching, and data mining for business leads and opportunities
Wide experience in negotiating pricing and booking campaigns
Some experience conducting analyses to support strategic decision-making
Adept at using database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, email communication and CRM software
