Security Engineer

• Design, implement and maintain a comprehensive information security program
• Generate a set of standards and policies reflecting best practices from a security perspective

• Own core corporate FP&A: budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Lead the annual operating plan and long-range plan, tying strategy to financial outcomes and unit economics
• Develop scenario models (base/upside/downside) to evaluate growth bets, hiring plans, and capital efficiency
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to assess pricing/packaging, market expansion, and ROI of growth initiatives
• Build/own board and investor materials (KPIs, narrative, cohort/retention, efficiency metrics)
• Own the monthly forecast and variance analysis (P&L, cash flow, key drivers); explain the “why,” not just the “what.” Include risk and opportunity assessments
• Stand up scalable budgeting processes and drive accountability with budget owners across Marketing, R&D, and G&A
• Design and maintain driver-based models for revenue, headcount, COGS, and opex; translate strategy into targets and guardrails
• Build automated KPI metrics (e.g., ARR/MRR, logo & net retention, CAC/LTV, payback, pipeline coverage, gross margin, R&D/GTM efficiency)
• Partner with Accounting on close and management reporting; ensure clean actuals, accruals, and cut-offs
• Support procurement reviews; improve unit economics and cash runway
• Drive strategic initiatives including pricing/packaging and long-range financial planning
